‘Amazon Fire’ is a large abstract painting by a UK artist, created in 2023. It is a bold piece of modern art on a deep-edge stretched canvas. As a result, it works perfectly as large wall art for a living room or open space.
From the beginning, I worked with warm colours such as red, yellow, and orange. In addition, I added fluorescent reds and yellows to increase vibrancy. Because I enjoy working on large canvases, I can pour more energy and detail into the artwork. Therefore, this painting became rich, expressive, and full of movement.
On one side of the canvas, the colours resemble a forest landscape. For this reason, the idea for the title Amazon Fire emerged naturally. At the same time, the reds and yellows suggest flames and heat. However, because this is an abstract painting, each viewer can interpret the artwork in their own way.
Moreover, the addition of gold brings a strong visual impact. As a result, the painting gains extra depth and a striking focal point.
Ideally, this large abstract artwork suits spacious interiors. For example, it works well in a living room or reception area. Consequently, it adds warmth, colour, and energy to the space.

The artwork will be shipped still on the stretched canvas. This is because this style of artwork cannot be rolled into a tube for shipping due to it having a coat of resin.
I take great care when packaging my artwork ready for shipping. The artwork will be wrapped in foam or bubble wrap, in between either 3mm MDF or some hardboard to avoid damage whilst being shipped.
