Beautiful multi colored blue background. I used a chrome spray paint to create the Hummingbird. Using hand made stencil using a metallic Chrome spry paint.
This is an original Hummingbird art, modern contemporary original acrylic artwork.
These framed art work is an alternative option to my resin work, and are of the same style, except they don’t have a resin finish on, however, they do come in a beautiful polished silver metal frame and are double mounted.
The background technique requires several layers of different shades and colours and once I reach a stage of satisfaction, this finish has a resemblance of a natural stone appearance.
The final stage is the subject, of which I design and hand make a stencil which I can use to create other wonderful pieces of art.
Modern and contemporary appearance, these artworks can be suited to both modern and traditional interior, wether that be at home or in the workspace.
I take great care when packaging my artwork ready for shipping. Not only do i wrap the painting with foam/bubble wrap, but I will also sandwich the artwork in between either 3mm MDF or some hardboard. This is to give extra peace of mind against damage whilst being shipped.
