Contemporary style bird wall art painting. Using metallic silver, acrylic paint over a custom made stencil of a Hummingbird. The style of the stencil work is of a type similar to a tribal tattoo style. I have used a combination of shades of blue for the background. This creates a wonderful modern feel to this painting, ideal office art or bedroom art.
This is an original modern contemporary original acrylic artwork.
These framed works of art are an alternative option to my resin work. They are of the same style, and beautifully framed in a polished silver metal frame and are double mounted.
The background technique requires several layers of different shades and colors and once I finally reach a stage of satisfaction, this finish has a resemblance of a natural stone appearance.
The final stage is the subject, of which I design and hand make a stencil which I can use to create other wonderful pieces of art.
Modern and contemporary appearance, these artworks can be suited to both modern and traditional interior, wether that be at home or in the workspace.
I take great care when packaging my artwork ready for shipping. Not only do i wrap the painting with foam/bubble wrap, but I will also sandwich the artwork in between either 3mm MDF or some hardboard. This is to give extra peace of mind against damage whilst being shipped.
Artwork size : The actual artwork itself is 405x405mm, and frame size is approx 500x500mm.
