This Gorilla art painting features a rather unique background that has the appearance of natural stone. Because of it’s size but also the eye catching finish and appearance, this painting would look great in a modern interior and on large spaces. The colors used in this artwork are mainly grey’s and blacks and with the metallic silver.
The resin finish gives a luxurious sheen to the background. The next stage was to pour epoxy resin over the artwork and including the sides. Then the final stage of making a stencil and painting the subject on the resin which then gives the artwork some texture.
Finishing with a coat of an epoxy resin.
The background technique creates a wonderful natural stone like appearance. Then the artwork receives a coat of resin. The artwork looks so unique and luxurious with the resin, with a glass like feel and look.

Shipping:
I will ship my artwork worldwide.
The artwork will be shipped still on the stretched canvas. This is because this style of artwork cannot be rolled into a tube for shipping due to it having a coat of resin.
I take great care when packaging my artwork ready for shipping. The artwork will be wrapped in foam or bubble wrap, in between either 3mm MDF or some hardboard to avoid damage whilst being shipped.
