Delivery and Shipping Info

I take great care and consideration where packaging my artworks ready for shipping. I make my own cardboard outer packaging using quality recycled cardboard, and the actual artwork will be generously wrapped in either bubble wrap or foam wrap. But for extra peace of mind, I also place hardboard or 3mm mdf board both sides of the artwork to give extra protection whilst being shipped, and using packaging tape clearly marked as ‘FRAGILE’.
It is strongly advised to have a quick check of the packaging whilst being delivered (if possible) and look for any visible signs of damage, if there is visible signs of damage, please do not accept the package and it will be returned to myself. If in the unlikely event of the artwork being damaged whilst in transit, please keep the original packaging and send me photos of the damage. We would in these unlikely events work together on your options such as creating a replacement artwork as soon as possible, or even a refund.

UK DELIVERIES

All my original artworks are shipped to UK addresses at no extra cost except if you want special deliveries such as before 12 noon or Saturday deliveries of which any extra costs will be calculated and shown at the checkout.

Delivery times; I aim to package and dispatch ‘IN STOCK’ artworks the next working day if I have received your purchase before 5pm, (after 5pm may result in an extra day) and I will ship on a next day delivery service.

My preferred courier I use here in the UK is DPD, who will also send you a text the morning of the delivery day informing you of the estimated time slot of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

I offer worldwide deliveries for my artworks. Shipping costs and times vary, however they will be calculated at checkout. You can view the costs and times at checkout before committing to payment.

Couriers for International (non UK) deliveries will either be TNT, FEDEX or UPS.

Delivery times will vary according to which country the artwork is to be shipped, however I will be using the express service, most regions would be a 3 day express service.
